RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At AJS Embroidery and Printing, we do not accept returns due to the custom nature of our products.
If your item arrives and has unfortunately got a fault or quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for us to asses the issue. In these circumstances, we will offer a free reprint of your item / order. Alternatively, if we deem necessary, we may provide a partial or full refund. This will be decided at our discretion.
